The album was demoed using the band’s traditional assortment of synths and drum machines, but nearly all of the electronic elements were removed and replaced with acoustic instruments on the final recordings, lending a newly relaxed, almost bossa nova vibe to the crew’s sound. The band worked with Swedish producer \u003cstrong\u003eTore Johansson\u003c\/strong\u003e, known for his slick production on \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.turntablelab.mom\/search?type=product\u0026amp;q=Cardigans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCardigans\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e records, and \u003cem\u003eGood Humor\u003c\/em\u003e isn’t too far off from the summery indie pop of \u003cem\u003eFirst Band On The Moon\u003c\/em\u003e. The slinky grooves of “Been So Long” and “Postman” eerily foreshadow the chic lo-fi pop of \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.turntablelab.mom\/search?type=product\u0026amp;q=Melody%27s+Echo+Chamber\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMelody's Echo Chamber\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e’s \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.turntablelab.mom\/search?\u0026amp;q=Melody%27s%20Echo%20Chamber\u0026amp;filter=Brand\/Manufacturer\/Artist_fq:%22Melody%27S%20Echo%20Chamber%22\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"\u003eself-titled 2012 album\u003c\/a\u003e.
