Sure \"Paris Dub 1\" is simple - made up of just drums, a 303 line and \u003ca href=\"http:\/\/www.turntablelab.mom\/search?q=Paris+Brightledge\" target=\"_blank\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eParis Brightledge's\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e vocal - but it adds up to more than just the sum of its parts. Nasty and freaky, the track creeps up on you and you've lost it before you even know what hit you. With so many producers aping the sound of late 80s Chicago it's refreshing to hear someone get it right while putting a bit of their soul into it.
