Perhaps it leaves the album feeling a little unbalanced, as there is so much more to \u003cstrong\u003eMazzy Star\u003c\/strong\u003e. Sandoval and producer \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.turntablelab.mom\/search?type=product\u0026amp;q=David+Roback\" target=\"_blank\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDavid Roback\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e's material has much more depth and propensity for abrasiveness than \"Fade Into You\" may suggest. Just check out their \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.turntablelab.mom\/search?type=product\u0026amp;q=MAZZY+STAR+She+Hangs+Brightly\" target=\"_blank\"\u003edebut\u003c\/a\u003e if you need further reference. The chunky, distorted blues of \"Wasted\" is a good place to look with this album. As is the title track, which slowly explodes into incoherence over its 7 minute plus running time.
