Several other well-known \u003cstrong\u003eTrane\u003c\/strong\u003e tunes play throughout the film, and until recently, it was assumed by everyone - Coltrane historians, family, \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.turntablelab.mom\/search?type=product\u0026amp;q=Impulse+jazz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"\u003eImpulse\u003c\/a\u003e label personnel - that the filmmaker had simply licensed existing recordings of the songs.
